  • Communion Class:  on Saturday, October 18 there will be a Communion class with students ages 10+ and their parents who are interested in becoming communicant members.  Lead and taught by Pastor Al Lewis.  Please see Jared or Pastor Al for more information.  Confirmation classes will then proceed early November
  • Invitation from Pastor Russ & Pat: You are invited to share our joy in our new home in Innisfail on Sunday, October 19th, from 2 PM to 4 PM.  This will be an open house with a service of home dedication by Pastor Al at 2:30 PM.     No gifts or cards please; your presence is your present!  Thanks, and God bless you all!
  • Congregational Call Meeting: There will be a congregational call meeting following the service on November 2nd.
  • The Chosen Bible Study: Beginning mid-October, The Chosen Season 1 video series, followed by study and discussion.This is suitable for both youth and adults. There is a sign-up sheet on the bulletin board, where you can choose an evening or daytime session. Please see Linda if you have questions.
  • Pregnancy Care Centre Fall Banquet: The Central Alberta Pregnancy Care Centre is holding their 2025 fall banquet on Thursday, October 23. The theme of the banquet is “Beautifully Broken”, this event is FREE to attend, but registration is required! If interested, check the bulletin board for more information!
  • Marriage Workshop: Saturday, November 8, 9:00am – 4:00pm. Strengthen your relationship with a one-day workshop led by Keith & Stephanie Dillabough from Family Life Canada. Cost: $50 per couple (Cash, cheque, or e-transfer to kklc.donations@gmail.com) . For more information, contact Jared or Candice.   • You’re invited!: Join Central Alberta Youth Unlimited for our Annual Fundraising Banquet on November 15th at the Pentagon Farm Centre.This year’s theme, “Chapters of Change,” celebrates the incredible ways God is transforming the lives of youth and families in Central Alberta. Enjoy a delicious meal, silent auction, and our famous dessert auction—all while hearing powerful stories of hope. Services are free or by donation, and they are held right here in our church. Zoom or phone appointments are also offered. Call 403-588-6983 for more information or to schedule an appointment. Bible Study by Pastor Don Hennig, Guest Speaker Sherry Folkmann speaking on her time on Mercy Ships. Please let Amanda know by Sept 19 if you plan to attend or with any questions. 
  • Announcement from Dickson Store Museum: The 40th Anniversary of the Danish Heritage Society of Dickson will be celebrated on September 27 at the Spruce View Hall. Join us in honouring 40 years of community support and heritage preservation. If you haven’t gotten your tickets yet, please do so soon!
